Ms. Hoang Thu Trang

CEO

Ms. Thu Trang leads IvyPrep’s growth strategy, innovation, and academic quality assurance. With over 12 years of experience in education, creative entrepreneurship, and economic research, Ms. Thu Trang has played a key role in restructuring, optimizing performance, and leading new initiatives at the EQuest corporate level, as well as in the K-12 and EdTech segments. Ms. Thu Trang holds a BA in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Philosophy from Vassar College. Prior to moving into education, Ms. Trang was a researcher at NERA Economic Consulting in New York (USA).

Ms. Bui Ngoc Bao Chau

Technical Manager

Ms. Bao Chau is a dedicated educator with many years of experience in career counseling, studying abroad, curriculum design, and educational psychology. She is currently leading the student mentoring program at IvyPrep with a student-centered approach, helping students develop initiative and think deeply. With experience studying and working in the US, Vietnam, China, and Korea, Ms. Bao Chau applies a global perspective to her teaching philosophy. She has accompanied many students to be accepted into prestigious universities such as Princeton, UPenn, and Harvard. Ms. Bao Chau graduated with a BA in Journalism from Goshen College and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Duong Tra My

Head of Business Development

With 9 years of experience in education and study abroad consulting, Ms. Tra My has successfully supported many students to apply to various fields from Business, Social Sciences, Science to Arts and Medicine. Students led by Ms. Tra My have conquered top universities such as Yale, Columbia (US Ivy League), NYU, UCLA (Top 30 US), University of Toronto (#1 Canada), LSE, University of Manchester (UK Russell Group), and G-8 schools (Australia). In particular, many students have won full scholarships to prestigious schools around the world and international universities in Vietnam. Ms. Tra My graduated with a Bachelor of Marketing from RMIT University Vietnam and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Essex.
